INTERRUPT DRIVEN

Who should read this book

This book is for people with Parkinson’s, absolutely. But it’s also for anyone who’s ever asked, “What now?” For anyone who’s lost the map and is desperate for a compass. For anyone trying to make sense of pain, uncertainty, or change.

I wanted to write a self-help book that didn’t pretend to have all the answers but gave you the tools to start asking better questions. A roadmap, yes, but one that allows for detours. One that honors both data and doubt.

I wrote this book because I realized that everyone on the planet, at some point in their life will wake up one day and feel like they’ve lost their sense of direction. Maybe it's a diagnosis. Maybe it's a job loss, a heartbreak, a quiet sense of being stuck, or a loud one. That’s where this book lives: in the space between what you expected and what is.

WHAT READERS ARE SAYING

“Thank you for letting me read this. It’s amazing. This book demands the utmost care. It needs to be read. As it is, the book is raw and personal and speaks to the reader’s heart. It raises important questions and answers them. I feel better about myself, and about life having read your book.”

- Anonymous, Author & Publisher

“This is an amazing book! In my heart I know it will reach so many people and help them. And not just those with Parkinson’s. Anyone with or without a debilitating disease that robs us of a “normal” life. It has helped me and is making me think about better ways to deal with my challenges. I’m ready to read it a second time.”

- Lisa, Nurse

"This book is incredible, it really spoke to me. I wish I had half the gumption you have to own your existence. Tt has changed the way I look at my Parkinson’s and my life. Thank you for writing this book.

- Robert, Veteran with PD

"I opened your manuscript with the intent to read a little before responding to you. I ended up reading every word. You are a gifted storyteller, and I was drawn into your descriptions and your poignant and practical humor. I keep thinking of your phrase “Parkinson’s is the ultimate inefficiency,”  it’s just such a useful description. Please keep writing and sharing your story."

- Elena, Parkinson’s Disease Specialist
